Livingston based Letting Solutions has won the Gold Award for Tenants in the UK’s most prestigious Awards competition for letting and estate agents, the ESTAS.

The Awards were announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert, at a ceremony at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane London. Lynn Martin and Jo Shaw from Letting Solutions were there to be presented with the Award by Phil Spencer.

Letting Solutions also won the Best in County for Landlords and Best in County for Tenants

The ESTAS honours the best agents, conveyancers, and mortgage advisors in the UK. They are powered by the ESTAS online customer review platform, which enables property professionals to demonstrate the customer service standards they deliver for their clients.

ESTAS reviews can only be completed at the end of the property transaction and a strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine.
