Michelle has been with Letting Solutions since 2013 and has extensive customer service experience and business administration qualifications, with over 18 years in the credit control, business systems, engineering and media sectors. Her role is oversight of the lettings and new business team, property management, support for certain finance tasks, coordinate move ins and to ensure the best possible experience for tenants and landlords.
