Susan and Brian Callaghan founded the company 1997 and at the time our services filled a major gap in the market for professional property management in West Lothian.
Until the company was formed, letting services were only available through a single solicitor’s practice in West Lothian.
We have since grown to be West Lothian’s market leaders and regularly top of Rightmove’s performance table for landlord sign-ups, lettings, and overall market share in the area.
Today, we continue to see our role as making professional letting and property management services available through a highly experienced and trustworthy team providing peace of mind and safe homes for tenants, and regular monthly income with long term capital appreciation for our landlord’s investment.
